A Little About My Story

LIFE MOVES IN RHYTHMS AND PATTERNS

My own expansion began many years ago sitting in women’s circles, in ceremony and looking into the changing planet. It was then that I became aware of how all of life moves in rhythms and patterns based on nature. Tapping into those patterns reveals the greater meaning in life.

My life experience and training in education, ancient wisdom and modern human systems dynamics will support you on your own journey of discovery and re-birth.

You will find me when you are looking to know and understand yourself better.

We will start at work at the very beginning, with the clues that lie hidden in your birth name.

  • How are the energies of your name vibrating through your life?

  • How can you begin to shift your experience toward a life of greater ease, joy, and fulfillment?

  • How can you claim your gifts and begin to become the leader of your own life?

Leadership is about a willingness to serve and an openness to the greatness that wants to flow through you.

I HAVE BEEN A SEEKER MY WHOLE LIFE

Since I was very young, I found myself peering at the events happening around me and wondering how things could be better. I didn’t just want improvements for myself, I was after visions of a future that was beneficial for everyone. As I look around today, I see a tremendous potential across the globe for beneficial change to virtually every area of life.

The key word in the previous sentence is “potential.” There are opportunities to build sustainable lifestyles, fair and just economies, new customized educational systems, and businesses that provide innovations for enhanced living. In my experience the one factor that moves potential to reality is leadership.

A simple definition of a leader is an individual who helps bring positive change to someone and who believes in a better tomorrow. My life’s work has been to leaders. Sometimes it happened as part of my role in administration. Sometimes it happened by accident.

I would encounter someone with such an optimistic and powerful view for the future that I would begin to work with that person to bring out the skills and abilities for formal leadership. They would be promoted in the organization and years later, I would find them continuing to lead meaningful change.

MY FORMAL BACKGROUND

I was raised as the eldest of five, living in countries across the globe. Later I went on to study education specifically focused on language, culture, and indigenous ways. I taught children for 15 years and then was encouraged to enter educational leadership. I hold a masters’ degree in school leadership, have written publications and journal articles.

My experience spans statewide agencies, the national level, large and small, school systems as well as the nonprofit world. There were times when I led large teams and developed cultures that were high performing to the amazement of my peers. At one point I went abroad to teach internationally. My gift was to recognize the gifts of my students and my peers. My passion was to help develop those gifts.

MY INITIATION INTO THE WORLD OF SPIRIT

My road was full of twists and turns, beginning with a death experience at the age of 26 where I remember the actual point of deciding to return to life. There were circumstances around that experience that logic couldn’t explain. My spirit was choosing to make its transition on my birthday. I saw and heard things that were from other realms. I met my spirit guide who gently encouraged me.

After I was released from the hospital and returned home, I struggled to make sense of it all. It was then that I began to delve into the feminine aspects of spirituality. I had always been interested in female archetypes such as Quan Yin, the Great Mother, Buffalo Calf Woman, and others. I began to read about them. I joined women’s healing circles, I learned about the role of ritual and ceremony in life.

My life would take me to meet world leaders such as the Dalai Lama, Grandmother Flordemayo of the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers and Mother Meera. All these individuals shared a great compassion for the world, gratitude, and the hope for a better future. These connections came into my life signaling a need for compassionate leadership on the planet. There is a need to balance the feminine and masculine aspects of leadership so as to bring about the changes we seek.

My studies in Organizational Management, Administration paired with Evolutionary Astrology, Numerology, Soul Blueprints are now part of what I offer to the next generation of leaders.
